ALL orders will ship via USPS. All orders will ship within 48 hours. Once shipped a USPS tracking number will be sent via email. If you need faster or same day shipping please email poetichighfashion@gmail.com.

If an item has to be returned or exchanged the buyer is responsible for shipping the item at their own expense.

Once your item is received you have 48 to return the item. Please email and let us know that you wish to return the item.

THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS ON ITEMS WORN OR AFTER THE 48 HOUR PERIOD OF RECIEVING PACKAGES.

Tracking Your Order

Please log onto www.usps.com. Look for the track my order display. Type in your tracking number that will be sent via email. Tracking will show dates and time of items whereabouts.
